Fill out the contact form or email me. In the subject line make sure to mention the invitation collection in which you are interested.

 

Consultation

All orders begin with a consultation, whether by email, phone or in person. We will begin by gathering essential information about your event, ideas/colours/theme, and we'll also discuss your stationery needs, papers/fonts and more. We can discuss options, review timelines, and answer any questions you may have.

 

Deposit

You will be sent a quote by email with details of everything included in the price. If you agree with quote, an invoice for 50% of total will be sent to you via email. This deposit is non-refundable. 

 

Proofs

From there it generally takes a week to receive your initial proof (This will be the longest part of the process). Once you have received this proof, you can make note of any corrections, check spelling, layout, etc. and let me know what still needs to be done or corrected. I will send out a second (and sometimes a 3rd or 4th) revised proof until we have everything correct. Once this online or PDF proof version of your invitation is looking 'perfect', I will send you detailed photos for your final approval.

 

Production

Once I have your approval of the final proof, I will begin the process of printing and assembling your invitations. This step usually takes 2-3 weeks, but can take longer depending on the quantity and complexity of the invitations.

 

Final Payment

Once they are all packaged and ready for shipping, I will invoice you for the balance owing, as well as the actual shipping costs (if applicable). I will ship your order within one business day, once final payment is received.
