the order process
After an agreement has been reached, you will be sent an invoice. A 50% deposit is required once your order is placed and before work begins on your project.
(deposit is
non-refundable)
A digital proof will be emailed to you within a week of us receiving your deposit. If you have any revisions to your proof, let us know, we can make as many changes as you need! Once you are happy with your proof, send us your approval via email.
Once we have your final approval, printing and assembly starts, which takes about
2-3 weeks.
Your completed invitations are shipped as soon as we receive the final payment and shipping costs.
